Adult Futsal League

Starting on the 2nd week of August 2010

Two ways to register:

Team Registration

Tier 1: Team with less than 10 players     $350 + $50/player
(example: 6-player team pays $350 + 6*$50 = $650)

Tier 2: Team with 10 or more players       $800 flat rate

Maximum 14 players per team

$50 off team registration fee for registering before July 25, 2010

Individual registration

$80/person

You will be matched with other individual registrants and will receive one hour free practice session.

LEAGUE INFORMATION:

All games are played at Futsal Republic, 21615 Hesperian Blvd, Hayward, CA.
8-10 games/season, top 4 teams go to play off.
1st div winners’ prize: 1st free, 2nd 50% off, 3rd 25% off team registration fee for next season
2nd div winners’ prize: medals
